Dazzling Blue Pool & Spa Centre

Bought a highly recommended ( by them ) Great White vacuum head from these guys - " highy recommended for heavily treed pools - it can handle it they said ( it doesn't ). The thing gets blocked by 2 or 3 gumnuts, a small bit of bark or a medium size gum leaf - I have to unblock it every hour or so it's running. Also the guy who was coming out to make sure it was installed correctly never arrived - 2 or 3 calls later... nothing. It simply doesn't do what they said it would.... too late now though.

We have only been using Dazzling Blue for the last few months but couldn't be happier. Ralph is just lovely and a wonderful pool man too. Our pool is always sparkling and clean thanks to him. Even our dog Milly is bonkers over him :-)

Team are always happy to assist and keep our pool history on record from our address.
We rarely have issues with our pool and are happy to keep using this business.

I used to deal with another company. I always had problems with different services turning up leaving gates unlocked or acid spilt on pavers etc. Since switching to Dazzling Blu I have had the best service! Ralph comes out every month and does an exceptional job, always up for a chat and never in a hurry to leave. unlike the previous company. Thank you Dazzling Blu! Keep up the good work! Great service, I had a issue with my pool going green about a month ago and i couldn't get it fixed. i called dazzling blue pools and asked for some general advice, i spoke to one of the shop staff and he was great he gave me all the advice i needed and was very friendly and helpful. Due to the great customer service i was on the gold coast and went out of my way to drop into dazzling blue pools to collect the products i needed. i will continue to use this pool shop even if its not local to myself and they have all the products i needed and help was fantastic.
