I recently broke my phone case and had it replaced at a pop up store at Robina. We I got the phone back they said that the selfie camera was broken and needed replaced and cost would be $59. I didn't have time to wait to get it done. I do my groceries at Stocklands so I dropped my phone into a very nice gentleman at Gadget Hospital. When he replaced the camera part it still didn't work so he then put my old camera back it and did a reset on my phone which fixed the problem. He didn't charge me anything. I was so grateful and I definitely appreciated his honesty as he easily could have not told me that mine wasn't actually broken. So all that work and time and still no charge. Thank you for being so lovely I really appreciated it and you made my day.

Quick, polite and honest with repairs. Even with a queue of people phone fixed within an hour instead of being sent off like other repair stores.

Wish I had read the reviews before going to these guys as they were hopeless!
Repaired my screen (terrible job) and broke my camera in the process, then were unable to fix it. I got so mucked around and lied to. I would NEVER Go back here!
If they did what they done to me, to the wrong person, it would not end well. Highly unprofessional!

IF you need to get your phone repaired on the Gold Coast Gadget Hospital is definitely the place to go. My iphone cracked screen was repaired instantly by one of the very friendly technicians who was only too happy to assist my and to the job done very quickly.
