I have been going here to get spray tans for the last 6 months and they are amazing. The new owners are friendly and they staff make you feel at home. the spray tan is the best ive ever had, i get so many comments on how natural it looks. i wont go any where else : )
I have been wait 6 months for an appointment that was meant for a wedding I call to confirm and all I get is a lousy message saying their business is closed... What a rubbish company didn't even have the decency to call and let clients know whats going on... Ive paid in full how do I get my money back ????? I'm going to take this further!!!!!
i aslo have a scoopon voucher, i had to wait 6 month to get an appointment and then went for app to find its closed and i have called every week its had been closed for about 3 weeks, same message on answer machine no updates as to when it will open again, if they cared at all about their clientell they would have called customers with app to appologise. SHOCKING
I have rated all as awful as this salon has cancelled on me 3 times over 6 months of trying to redeeming a Scoopon voucher. I turned up for my appointment the 3rd time to find it closed with a sign on the door. The staff have been unapologetic and quite rude. Terrible service. Such a shame
