Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Sydney

Cleaner (Peter) says he turned up but since we were there waiting for him the whole time that is obviously rubbish. Very unprofessional on the phone (raising his voice and calling me a liar), then he sent a string of texts, the contents of which indicate he is likely under 25 years old and should not be employed. He left us on the last day of the tenancy without a carpet cleaner. Fortunately we found another but it took considerable time and effort as it was a Saturday. When I tried to take it up with the company I booked through they were dismissive. The reviews on this site say it all. Pity I can't give negative stars. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

One star is a better rating than is deserved here..

PETER turned up early and didn't bother to call before leaving, even when he was messaged at the agreed time. When my partner said she would take this up with his boss he commented "Go ahead, I'm shaking" He was wrude and raised his voice to us when questioned about why he had left a job before the agreed meeting time, and without communicating before doing so.

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. THEIR STAFF ARE RUDE AND LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

I would have given negative stars if only existed. The rudest person I have ever talked to. I can not believe that someone like this actually runs a business and actually lives off of it!!! An extremely impolite creature who lacks all sorts of manners. No wonder the bad reviews and low scores. This thing shows zero respect for his clients and work. You will get your carpets burnt, that is for sure. I will not tell you my story as it is a waste of time. Just do not call him. If you do you will write your own terrible review very soon.

I cant believe how great our (large) suede couch and carpet looks! We had 4 years worth of children's spills, stains and stickiness on both and now both the carpet and couch look brand new. I don't know who these other reviewers had do their job, but Nick did ours and he was polite, friendly and worked non stop for the 1.5 hours he was here. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends. Very happy with the service and the very reasonable price of $160.00. Highly recommended.

Is this company actually a joke? Minus stars would be the only way to accurately depict what you would be getting yourself in for. Dragging a week old wet towel over the carpet would have done a better job. I thought I was getting a really good deal, do not be fooled. They turned up and used me vacuum to "pre-vacuum" followed by running some type of floor buffer over the carpets, which as you can imagine, just pushed any dirt and dust around. I had no choice but to hand my keys back to the real estate and see what they said, and as I suspected, they called saying I need to get the carpets recleaned. I called the manager of this company to discuss it with him and explain that I wasn't happy, he ended up calling me annoying and saying that I must have done something to p*ss my real estate off but that he would send people out to steam clean the carpets.
