Really be careful before you sign up with this gym chain.
Many many hidden charges including an immediate $30 penalty if your fortnightly payment does not go through which is outrageous.
Currently they have a $198 gym membership package but nothing on there advertisement states a $78 service charge then a $25 charge every 2 weeks and I could go on and on, I have reported this to consumer affairs for breach to the consumer act.
I personally have been trying to have issues with my account addressed for 8 weeks now with no action and no communication.
I was able to speak to the state manager( by accident) this week at the Gepps cross branch and her attitude towards me was typical of the service I have tried to receive for 9 weeks which was dismissive, belittleling, condescending and downright unprofessional.
Scammers, stay clear
