Diamond Beauty Joondalup

I have been going. To diamond beauty Joondalup for few months now ,I find it very relaxing and friendly.I am always happy with what I have done and they truely care about the way you feel or if you are happy with what has been done .this is one of the best places I have been to and have my treatment done and be truely happy with the out come. so will continue to go and also very happy to introduce my friends here as well .well done diamond beauty . Had my eyebrows waxed here quite a few times from the same person and generally she was quite good, however, the last time I had them done she burnt my eyebrows quite badly that it left a visible sore for 2 weeks!! I went up to complain and she simply rubbed some moisturisor on the wound and said "oh must be a reaction from the wax used" - I had seen her 3 times previous to this and have been having my eyebrows waxed for 6 years and never once had a reaction. On top of this, I asked about being charged $15.00 that day when they had a sign advertising $10.00 eyebrow waxes, I asked if because I booked I was not eligable for this price, I was advised this was an error and that would charge me $5.00 less on the next visit. I asked to see the manager and was told she was not available, they did not offer for her to contact me. They did not offer an apology and they did not offer my a refund. I had shilac done on my nails. She did a fantastic job. I love them. The team at the salon was awesome. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely go back. Thank you!!!!

Had false eyelashes applied for the first time. Never again! they stuck 2-3 false lashes to my individual lashes which was too much and weakened my own eyelashes. 3 weeks later I have spaces where I have no eyelashes at all and lumps at the base of my eyelashes where there is too much glue. Rang to get the remaining lash extentions removed and they didn't know the cost and then said they had no solution available to be able to remove them. When I said I was not happy and would never have it done again they said perhaps my eyelashes weren't suitable for extensions. (obviously they were happy to take my $99 at the time!)
