Dophin did a great job moving my mothers household from Bundaberg to Geelong, they were professional and friendly. We had a few glass table tops that we wrapped ourselves and they also took care to make sure nothing got broken. Highly recommend and would use Dolphin again.
Do not use this company. The removal was booked and paid for weeks in advance and an hour before pick up Dolphin Removals rang me to ask if I knew anyone that wanted a couple of hours work because they only had one removalist available. Not being able to find anyone they were adamant that one person could move all the furniture in a 4 bedroom house all by themselves. In the end I helped load and unload. Not very professional.
Definitely recommend. Moved from Melb to Syd recently and these guys made it less stressful and cheap. They fitted around my timing perfectly and were great with arrival. A couple of marks on furniture but that comes with moving, nothing critical. When I move back to Melb I'll definitely contact Matt again
WARNING: Don't use this company.....they are unprofessional and chipped three pieces of our hardwood furniture. They also had no change when we paid them so we had to go to a local shop to get them the right money and you have to ring the office (chase them!) to get a receipt. If you value your furniture, just spend the extra money and use a reputable company. It would be worth it for peace of mind.
