Passion, Experience, Attitude are what makes this best find cafe tick. I found it whilst I was on a working holiday tucked away inside a gym in South Tweed Heads NSW. At first I was drawn in by the whole weirdness of these guys baking bread, roasting onions and frying bacon just to tease hard core gym junkies like myself. But after talking to all the staff it seems they are oblivious to the gym members and are just passionate about getting healthy food out to their customers on time. I have had many a coffee there which is excellent. I wish my hometown gym could do the same. I rate the service, Food Quality, Attitudes and the coffee making skills 5 Stars.
