It is a high degree of arrogance to blame suppliers for a damage that clearly caused by hammer marks. A confrontational attitude also does not create any goodwill.
Absolutely awful service and product. Faulty installation and doors needed to be replaced after a few years (but not their problem apparently). Agree with the other user reviews - have never posted a review before but felt it necessary to after dealing with them at Doors Galore. 0 stars if could. Keep away!!!
Doors not protected with paint or varnish, especially on top and bottom edges will make them fall apart, regardless of how good quality the material is.
They have no customer service!!!
I have never posted any bad reviews us I move on, but in this instance I can't believe the way we have been treated & spoken to. Not helpful at all!
Once they have your money you nothing to them.
They ordered the wrong size custom made doors, when told that they could not be returned, they were highly abusive to staff.
Management have no customer service & are extremely rude.
We did not want to exchange our custom made sliding door ( I would not expect that) but the double doors we ordered a few days later as the wrong height was ordered (mistake done by both parties- we didn't double check what you wrote as we trusted you had the right height as per original order)
2040x720x36 is standard double doors, and once again you are a door shop I'm sure you can sell them.
Not all customers are dishonest & try to get freebies. We just want the issue sorted & we were happy to pay any difference.
I hope you take all these complaints on board & have a hard think about what you are doing to your business as there is more than one complaint here about the way you treat people.
I have another 14 doors I need to change and I will not be coming to you or referring anyone your way instead telling them to STAY AWAY!!
