What a joke. Guss! After spending well over
$10, 000 on braces and an implant just 6 months ago, my implant came loose. Before I returned I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting charged to have the problem rectified. The girl who I spoke to on the phone assured me that I wouldn't get charged. Turns out that the screw had came loose however Guss wanted to change part of the mounting hardware which was fine with me because I didn't want it happening again. After I got out of the chair he asked me if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. I replied no then he asked me if the tooth felt right and wasn't hitting. I replied no it's fine he said no point guessing so it was back in the chair and he ground some of the implant and the opposing tooth away to make sure.
