Since having some minor repairs done to my car at All Tune, I have had to pay another mechanic to make the same repairs again as they were not completed properly the first time. My power steering gave out a week after repairs were made due to a leak that had apparently been 'fixed' and I still had an oil leak that I had to have repaired again after it had also been 'fixed'. This was on top of other problems and miscommunications that caused me a great deal of grief. A disappointing experience.
If the repairs were done again,We at All Tune Motors would have given a refund for any repairs that was not completed.Vehicles do not leave the workshop without being completed.If there was any issue with any repairs the customer should have contacted management at All Tune Motors to rectify any problems with there repairs A.S.A.P.THANK YOU
