I cannot say enough about PY Lai and his amazing staff. Our first visit was a delight due to his warm and welcoming manner and friendly staff. Our daughter was put at ease immediately. He gained her trust and co-operation quickly while efficiently examining her. His staff were eager to make our experience a good one and were very helpful with all questions. Our daughter required additional work done and were given the mobile numbers of the doctors involved so we could be in touch with them whenever we required.

I have used Dr Lai for my young daughter. He was totally amazing. She needed major surgery and not only his manner, his quality of work and basically his overall persona was undoubtedly the best that I have ever encountered. (And I have been to dentists and dr's all my life because of a hereditary disease). His staff at both his offices are fabulous as well. If you have a child that needs dental care, undoubtedly this man is the best of the best.
