Drouin Motors

I had been a happy customer of Drouin Motors for many years, beginning when Darren ran the place. When it was taken over, I was again quite happy at first and trusted the new owner enough not to bother asking for a quote for a regular service. Gradually, small expenses were added to the bill for a regular service without first asking me, such as replacement windscreen wipers at $10 each added to every bill. Then, other more expensive items were added and explained why these were necessary only when I went to pick up the car. The final straw was a bill that had over $200 worth of "extras" added without first discussing these with me, including windscreen wipers at $45 EACH.
The manager refused to discuss this bill with me, claiming he had significant other worries to deal with. In my experience, this business had lost its right to the good name for customer service that I had previously lauded to friends.

Have nothing good to say bout drouin motors poor service and communication. Sent the car back problem not fixed spent countless $$$ with them. Had another place look at the car and had found the problem within a couple hours and fixed a serious problem that could have cost mega bucks thank god I went somewhere else.. do not use if you want to be safe!!!

Bad experience, can't answer questions, can't give a straight answer don't use unless you happy to have an unsatisfactory experience
