We attended with a voucher one evening for four dinner boxes, however our fourth guest was unable to make it at the last minute. When we asked the wait staff if the fourth dinner box could be bought out as well for the rest of us to pick at, there was a large amount of yelling and screaming from the kitchen from kitchen staff when the wait staff went in to follow up our request. Long story short we were told we were not entitled to what we had paid for!
This was ashame as we had purchased the coupon to see what the restaurant was like, given it is a local one to us, and the food was not too bad, however given the dishonourment of voucher and just general atmosphere of the place, there are now three people who will not be going back....
I will never go to this restaurant again! My husband & I bought scoupons online for $49 for 5 course meal, $130 worth, not worth this at all plus it took 1 hour before we even got our first course. We took our teenage daughter with us and ordered her a meal from the menu, plus we ordered drinks aside from the $49 voucher we had already purchased. We were then informed by the staff that our daughter could not touch any of our food because it was part of the voucher deal!! And??? I said you are joking arent you, that is absurd. We should be able to let someone else at our table taste the food if we wish, our daughter had ordered her own meal anyway plus more drinks so we actually bought them more custom to their restaurant! When I called them the next day and very politely said to them that i just wanted to let them know that it would be very bad business for them to continue treating customers like that and they said 'We dont care, We are so busy anyway!'
