I called Sunday morning 11am and asked if my scooter could be fixed same day as the store was open from 11am to 3pm, was told yes. Upon arrival store was closed, owner arrived and then told me it would be fixed by Monday and they will drop it to me after completion for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. I heard nothing until I called the store at 3.15pm on Monday when they said we cant do it today will be Tuesday because they had other priorities
Store owner leaves scooter on side of road and hurls abuse at me in the street, ... this is certainly a business to be avoided at all costs!
Store cant take responsibility of setting and meeting customer expectations and when called out on it has nothing better than to hurl abuse in the street at customers!
No customer service received and store does not work during advertised hours.
