There is a huge range of media, covering a massive range of genres. Everything is covered.
I didn't get to experience the customer service because both staff members were busy. The man was busy talking to another customer about his movie tickets and the conversation seemed to be the length of a movie, and the lady was on the phone. Neither acknowledged me for the whole time I was standing there, which was about 8 minutes.
DVD king must be and is one of the best DVD/Blu Ray shops around. Both Adrian and Randall are very helpful and once you get to know them, they can suggest titles that fit with your interests. I collect cult and sci fi films as well as Australian movies and both have been very helpful to me.
