How can we help you with your subdivision?

Council DA Conditions for new subdivisions usually specify suitable arrangements must be made for the following:
Electricity supply to each lot
Telecommunications supply to each lot
Street lighting within and/or external to the subdivision

We will arrange for investigation of services in the area and either:
Arrange for the certification you need to verify these services are already available, or
Arrange for design of new electrical & NBN Co or Telstra reticulation & installation & provide certification

How do we do it?
We work with electricity authorities and have the engineering skills & experience to design your services
We liaise with your surveyor, Council, electricity authority, Telstra and nbn
We liaise with your civil consultant (if applicable) to ensure no clashes with water/storm water services
