I had an issue with an infected gum which was quickly diagnosed and treated, I was then advised to book in for a teeth clean which I booked on Friday for the following Monday due to work Comm out wants couldn't make the 5:00pm appointment so phoned in early on Monday morning and the receptionist was nothing but rude and very unprofessional ! Won't be re-booking here again. We don't argue about there overpriced bills but please show the people who pay your wages some respect
Ive only just begin attending this dental I have been so impressed. The premises are spotless and all the staff are so friendly. I was attended to by Dr.Harry Marget and his dental nurse Robyn, Ive been here over the last month on several occasions and have been so impressed by the service my partner has since attended there also. We both agree that EBDG is the very best dentistthat either of us have ever experienced, my daughter will also be attending there in the future. We really wouldnt think of going anywhere else

This is my family dentist for last two years. We like our doctor and nurses, they are very professional and quick.
However, I had very unpleasant experience last time. I took my 3yo daughter for periodic dental check. After the checkup, she was so horrified and cried a lots in the waiting room. Suddenly 50’s lady staff in white shirts came out from somewhere and firmly said "NO!!!" with pointed fingers towards to my daughter in front of me. Moreover, she told my daughter “I would take your toy if you did like this!!!" while 3yo girl was crying madly.
It was utterly unkind attitude for young child who just finished dental treatment. What a kind of attitude is that for a litter patient. I was not happy at all. Other staff was smiling and very calmly dealt with this situation.
Bad! After being anxious about a procedure i booked in to see the owner because i thoight he would know what he was doing. He stuffed up the procedure and i was on antibiotics for a month and could only eat through a straw for 2 weeks. I was so sick almost hospitalised. If the owner doesnt know what they are doing how would the others. Bad bad bad.
