EHI at Baulkham Hills needs to employ more staff so they can deliver good customer service. The wait time is too long for someone to even come to see what the problem is, let alone before a part is ordered/organised, supplied then fitted. We will shop elsewhere next time
Honestly if you can avoid this group in castle hill than best to source the install elsewhere, I'm sure they are great at what they do but service is poor, I tried to offer feedback to the management about the lack of customer service I received personally and they seemed more annoyed that I complained than being sincerely apologetic.
Cant recommend highly enough. Rang just before he was due to come to do the quote to say he was about 15mins late (stuck in peak hour traffic) - how many times has a tradie ever done that?. Installation went smoothly and love my new security door + fly screens. Love the fact that the installers also does the initial measurements.
