They set up my PTY LTD company. The process was never clearly explained to me.
They charge alot for their services.
Charge $100 for scanning a document. (Plus GST)
Can never speak with my actual accountant and just get advise from the admin staffs.
Failed to forward or notify me about payment due to ASIC or tax office and was hit with late fees even though I was never notified.
They lodged my BAS once.. I provided them with all information with plenty of time before the due date and they were late to lodge my BAS.
I have had a terrible experiance here. Have since moved to another account who is much more helpful.
