Endorphin Hair offers all hairdressing services which include all types of haircuts, colours, perms, permanent straightening, facial waxing and tinting, up styles and blow-dries and human hair extensions. All the colours used in the salon are ammonia free which makes our salon friendly to our environment, to staff and our clients. We use and retail organic hair and scalp products and we have an organic skin care range as well. Our organic products are great for allergy sufferers, cancer patients, babies, sensitivity and pregnancy ladies.
We are a member of Sustainable salons and we recycle 98% of our salon waste. We care about our environment and we are doing our bit to help save the planet.
I'm Bron the owner (est 2002). I still believe in old fashion service, affordable prices, creative, remarkable and talented staff and maintaining a friendly inviting environment. We don't compete with other salons. We are unique. We keep focus in our own unique business traits and do what works best for us and our clients. We take the time to get to know our clients on a personal level, and don't just see them as another potential sale.
Our repeat business is encouraged by our outstanding service, affordable prices, creative, knowledgeable and talented staff and our warm inviting family friendly environment. Without all those characteristics clients wouldn't want to return. We offer discounts for clients who re book on the day of their visit and give reminder calls to those who require one. I do up monthly newsletters to promote and inform any new products or services we are offering. Listening and acting upon feedback from clients is a great way to learn why they come back and why they wouldn't. We can use this information to ensure all clients would be happy to return.
