Following my continuous disappointment being a member at your gym I have traded in my membership with another local gym. I could not be happier and more please with the service I got from their gym!
I signed up with them, received my months free that I still had left with your gym (regardless of you providing me my paperwork/contract), I paid in full and was also allowed the freedom to pause my membership from day one. The service there was incredible and they will continue to receive my money and recommendation in the future. I certainly will not be recommending your facility to anyone. Due to your below par service I will now be finding a new personal trainer, it's a shame that you personal trainers miss out on regular clients due to your poor service.

For a few months I was paying for a casual visit each week, I would do a personal training session and then yoga class. Enjoying this I decided to sign up. I paid upfront for 6 months. Worst decision EVER! Upon signing up I wasn't made aware yoga wasn't included nor was I allowed to pause my membership over the Christmas period because I paid upfront. I have never been more disappointed in a gym! I certainly will not be renewing my membership!
According to ASIC ENRG Fitness is currently in external administration and I would avoid signing up to a lengthy contract. In addition the Gym is slow to resolve member issues and fails to return calls and emails.
My advice look somewhere else to avoid the contractual headache and substandard service.
Please note- these comments are my own honest opinion and expressed based on my personal experiences with this GYM. These comments are intended to be a guide only, ultimately you should make appropriate inquiries and do research into whether this gym is appropriate to you.
Without a doubt THE WORST gym I have EVER been to.
Always dirty, machines always broken, staff are useless and management are so dodgy.
Almost impossible to cancel, and once you do, they STILL try to take money from you.
I am disgusted by this place and even heard that they liquidated the company name and re-opened under a new one so they didn't have to pay thousands of dollars to staff/members.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, for the love of God!
