I had a terrible time with my pelvis after having my first baby.. and they got me better. Great care and all excellent team, physios and Pilates instructors They have HICAPS if you want to claim as you go, but I got a 10 pack after my first private with the physio and claim with a receipt later. Love going to get away from madness at home and relax and get looked after

Friendly environment, but shared between six participants and two teachers at any one time. Small space. Not as one on one as I would prefer. Don't have a HICAPs billing system for ancillary insurance so not for me.
