Fantastic Furniture

Extremely bad customer service!! Was told incorrect information from the start, regarding both delivery and refund (which I opted for after 5 and a half weeks of not receiving furniture). Also during this time was told I would receive a call to update me on when I could expect my delivery but I never received a call

I want to sincerely thank joe Harding at the mandurah fantastic furniture store. His service and attitude were excellent .... And customer service attitude and helpfulness were absolutely wonderful in purchasing and organising the buying of my lounge suites ..... Many thanks
