Don't use. Meant to move all furniture only moved half a 3 bedroom house, truck was full which didn't advise could happen... Also took 5 hours and charged $750 for moving less than 10 mins away and we were left to move rest of the house ourselves.
No care factor. Didn't care at all.
They moved my 80 year old mother, and broke a glass top off a coffee table.
My mum still paid him $2500 believing he would reimburse her when she had the glass top replaced, which was $160, now Neil doesn't return my calls and my Mum hasn't been paid.
Very low act, trusting you to do the right thing, shame on you.
Arrived 3 1/2 hours late for the job after 4 different excuses( eg stuck on freeway, administration error in the paperwork, got the wrong address, in the wrong surburb). No reason given. Advised job would take approximately 4 hours to load - still loading nearly 7 hours later!!! Truck that arrived was too small to take our furniture so we ended up having to hire a truck to get the rest at our own expense.The two young guys worked hard however were still unloading with the help of my husband at 10:30 that night.
