Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a take away meal from fasta pasta!!
I had ordered my families meals which was easy to do online. I then drive to the ‘restaurant’ and wait in line to pay for the meals. I waited 10 minutes before I was told the meals came out shortly. I looked in the bag that was passed to me aggressively, and see one of the meals was missing. I tell the waitress and then watch her go back and tell the ‘chefs’ that a meal is missing. I could easily tell they had forgotten the meal. The waitress then came back out and said shouldn’t be too long and took the bag back so she could repack it. While I was waiting for the forgotten meal I see the warm food I had ordered sitting in a bag on the counter. Not under a heat light or anything. Let's start with last Saturday being the 1st of July 2017. Had a craven for the Osso Bucco since lunch time when I decided I'm having Fasta Pasta for dinner, get home after a long day at work and order online along with some soup and garlic bread, supposed to take 20 minutes so wait home for 15 minutes then head off to pick it up. Get there to be greater by a manager telling me that they have ran out of Osso Bucco and he tried calling me????? So with no complaints I change my order (with no reimbursement of the price difference) wait even longer with my precious spare time, get home and guess what? No soup with which again let it go. Love getting some pasta then heading off to the movies with my misses, Makes it easy and cheap with fasta pasta's movie deal. Great price, Great service, Food is yummy (only had one tasteless meal) so people wanting a cheap night or lunch out I would recomend. The reviewers below have just watched to much master chef. Support local bisiness.
