I wanted to buy some cakes in this deli about a week ago. I had to wait for service while they were chatting to another customer who was already served. They totally ignored me waiting at the counter, and when I started to leave, they stopped me to serve me. When I complained to them about this they were very defensive and rude to the point where I had to leave items that I wanted to buy at the counter. I told them that I will put a complaint about his business and they just rudely laughed it off telling me that "I should better manage my time" if I'm in a hurry. I was shocked, because I would never expect to be talked to like that as a valuable customer. It looks like this business only cares about customers they know, while not giving satisfactory service to new customers. If you would like to be treated as any customer deserves to be treated I suggest you don't go to this shop.
