Visted a few shops looking for a Deb dress for my daughter, formal wear were the stand out. The customer service was first class. No sales pressure and the price included all alterations and also you could customise the dress to fit your body and change the design. 100% would recommend this business for its friendly atmosphere and professionalism.

From the moment my daughter & I walked into the shop we were served professionalism by Yvette. Shopping for a Deb dress we weren't pushed to buy the most expensive dress, we were helped with expert knowledge & friendliness. Yvette went beyond the call of duty to suggest ideas & helped my daughter with her dress on the day.
I can definitely recommend this shop for any form of formal wear.

Just read the below reviews and it blows my mind. I went here yesterday to look at bridal dresses for my wedding after just been to a HORRIBLE shop in Lewis Rd so my expectations and mood were already half half on what to expect. I was so stunned. Customer service was ABAOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!! I am someone that likes to be left alone to browse and when Brittany came over I thought here we go with the pushy but alas I was wrong. She was fantastic, professional and not at all pushy!! We didn't have an appointment but we weren't met with rudeness, everyone was kind and we were all there having a chat and a laugh and oh did it make me relax! I was already stressed out enough with the prospect of dress shopping and all the staff there made it so easy and wonderful. The staff were so helpful and lovely when we picked out our wedding suits and bridesmaid dresses. Would highly recommend!

wish Id read this beforehand. Same issues that everyone else has brought up. First time went in - very rude and bossy telling us what we can and cant wear. "people will ask you where you got them so we cant let you do that".
