After purchasing the parts required for this job I arrived at the Maroochy River Caravan Park at the agreed time of 8:30am. Half an hour and 3 calls later I still had no response from the client. At this point and given that my time is my money, I made the executive decision to leave. It wasn't until 11:30am (3 hours later) that I started receiving calls from this client and at this stage I was committed to a genuine, 'no-issues-paying' job.



I fulfilled my part of this verbal agreement..., the client did not!!

so you purchased the parts, and I have explained why I missed your calls, so you chose to ignore over 10 calls, you could not even be bothered to explain what you just have in your response. As I explained on one of the many calls I was willing to pay extra for me missing your calls. You chose

again after 'getting the parts' to ignore a job you were given. You chose to treat a polite paying customer with contempt. I did get my fuel pump fixed at a lower cost

than you quoted, and was informed that what you described to me was misleading. I got a quality fuel pump installed with 20 of fuel for $260

nearly $100 cheaper than your lowest price. If you had the respect and decency to return

one of many calls there would be no issue but your attitude and to take advantage of making a quick profit off parts shows that it is worth using a reputable mechanic.

After reading your excuse once more, I feel that I have to make one last comment. Firstly you saythat you cancelled without notice this job for a "No Issue Paying Job"

Am I to read into this, that you had concerns that I had issues paying you for this job? I am assuming that by your wording you do.

When I first called you and got your very over the top quote, I asked you if you would mind me paying you on a Business day instead of the weekend, as I needed to access a bank.
