Contacted them to come and quote on tree removal. They gave me a date and I stayed home all day and then never turned up. Called and was promised they'd come the next day, stayed home again and no one came or called.
When I called again, I got a lot of excuses and loppers blamed for not coming. Did not have the decency to at least apologise for wasting my time.
