Promised they would replace my headphone jack and charging port as they said i needed a new one, but only cleaned the charging port and replaced nothing, charged me $150 for a $30 clean and when i went back in was simply told to come back another day as the person who did the job wasn't in. had to go back 4 times to have all the work properly done and were very rude about the whole situation.
The owner of the business also told me about how people threaten him all the time, which is very unprofessional to be telling a customer these things. WILL NEVER GO BACK!
Was so quick and fast after getting turned away by several other repairers saying that my phone and laptop were
"unrepairable" or "not worth repairing"
Went in there as a last hope and boom. Finished my phone same day and my laptop within a week or something. Was so good.

Disregard my previous reviews, other issues have arised which cannot be fully explained due to truelocal's polices, But to keep it simple, went to get a sim reader repaired, final outcome was striped screws internally, missing antenna housing, loose digitizer ribbon cable connector whilst the sim reader problem wasn't resolved.Decided to repair the phone myself using a youtube tutorial which proved to be much more usefull. Would definately not reccomend this company to anyone.
