Galluzzo's Pharmacy

Look, I think that it is a fantastic pharmacy. Low prices on a lot of the items, very good quality. Giftware lady always seems to be angry, impatient and annoyed, but she is the only down fall. I love the customer service shown by most of the ladies. I can't remember all of their names, as I'm not a regular, but I do recall Loretta and Trina as always being happy and willing to help. Also there are a mother and daughter that work there; Kyliee and Alex. They always show diligence, and always have happy mannerisms. Its simply lovely seeing them work together. It is not often that you find teenagers that are willing to help, always friendly and are generally nice people. So Mr Galluzzo, having Julia and Alex work for you, I'm sure is a big privilege! Galluzzo's pharmacy is one if my favourites in the area, well done everyone :-)

Mum needed her medication packed in a webster pack for the weekend after coming out of hospital late Friday. It was almost the shop's closing time but the pharmacist got it all sorted with the Dr and the pack was delivered to Mum that night. I am so grateful for the service and patient care. Plus the delivery was free of charge. Just amazing service!!

Prices are good, especially skin care, however rude customer service from particular employee. Made me feel inferior with staff's attitude and facial expression. Left the store without buying anything.
