Rude and difficult to deal with and trying to scare me into getting him out no matter what the cost.
When I asked for an indication of costs, th MD rudely told me that I shouldn't be asking for it as it was a matter of life and death. This was after it was explained to him that we had gas leaking from central heating system and it had been made safe by turning off gas at meter.
Highly recommended to stay away from this lot.
