went 6 times for a single issue with my car which is still under warranty.
was sent back each time with faulty wheel bearing. i had a proper service done with them, they didn't even find the problem. The loud noise of the wheel was always noticeable. Simple WARNING: DONT GO TO GERALD SLAVEN Belconnen.
Consider not buying holden at all if you can.

I can't believe that I made an account just to say this. The management wasted my time and their sales reps time (I would have bought the car if not for you) and tarnished the name Slaven forever in my eyes. Here is a tip, if you want someone to buy something from you, don't insult their intelligence. I will never come back here and you can thank the attitude of the management for that.

Purchased a Calais from Slavens this week after having had some not so positive experiences a year or so back. Things have changed dramatically in sales, well done to Allen and Scott who looked after us.

GS Holden and I agreed on a deal to purchase a vehicle provided it passed a vehicle inspection. They said they would hold the car from when it was inspected until the report was completed. Eight days after the inspection, on the day the report was faxed to me, I called to finalise payment, only to be told by the staff, "I think you might be too late - another woman might have bought it." Huh? Might have bought it?!

While I have no evidence, I think this new buyer simply offered them a better deal.... but surely a sense of common decency, quite apart from good business practice, would ensure they would at least let me know before they made another deal, and give me first option. ...read more

I had multiple issues with my brand new car, and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to elsewhere and they told me that yes, there are issues with your car. 5 trips to Gerald Slaven, and one to the other place and my car is fixed.
