Our Miele washing machine was repaired with referbished parts by Jens, who: (i) arrived on-time as agreed; (ii) made a timely and proper diagnosis of the fault; (iii) presented repair options; (iv) was organised & well-prepared - had all the tools at hand (so no trips back to the truck through the house); (v) repairs made minimum disruption; and (vi) didnt leave any mess on the laundry tiles. Washer is still working well after 2 years. G.A.S are a very professional outfit.

Jens is TOP NOTCH. Punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the few service people I can unreservedly recommend. Value for money is always his first consideration in offering advice whether or not to repair or replace. He is the go-to guy.

Jen's from German Appliance Services is the friendliest most knowledgeable field technician in WA... Having worked at Bosch for over 7 years, he was always the go to technician that I could rely on to get the job done.

We've always had excellent service from a knowledgeable technician. Unfortunately we have had to move on to someone else because of a disagreement over the appointment time. We did not receive a call 10 minutes in advance as agreed with office staff and, because we were dealing with a customer at our own business, we asked for some time to deal with our customer and to drive three kilometres home. The technician said he had no other jobs that but was not happy to wait. Office staff denied our agreement and tried to charge a callout fee. We are disappointed that our long term professional relationship would end this way.

German Appliance Services have been excellent every time we have used them to service our washing machine. It is an unusual one and so parts are hard to get.

They turn up on time every time -or call in advance to say they will be late. The service is completed quickly and well - and they do not charge until it is complete.

It really gets no better than this.
