I love shopping local and supporting local traders, often paying more for product such as I have done with Giggle Shoes over the last 15 years. I had an issue many years ago with a damaged pair of black leather boots. Following a lengthy process I was finally "allowed" a replacement pair. I remained a customer putting this down to a "one off" incident, until last week. I purchased a pair of boots for my daughters Birthday, being the next day. Typically what I liked and her fashion sense are a generation apart! So much so they didn't even come out of the box. I went back to Giggle Shoes the next day, less than 24 hours after the time of purchase. This time taking princess with me to choose an alternative pair. Simple process I thought, until every option was exhausted. Oh where to go from here? You will find only the best quality shoes for kids here. It is a bit more pricey, but the quality is outstanding and I personally rather pay more for kids shoes and know they will last until they outgrow them.
Customer service was great, I brought my 3 kids into the store and the ladies took over with measuring their feet, fitting shoes and trying them on, I just stood there and let them do their stuff, it was actualy relaxing going shoe shopping!
They also mail shoes around Melbourne so it makes it even easier.
