coffees are just OK. small menu to chose from (but it is only a milk bar). food includes ready made sandwiches/focacias/wraps, soup of the day, etc. only outdoor seating available (several tables on street as well as lovely outdoor courtyard area). opposite lovely glen iris park (including childrens playground). nice for quick bite to eat for lunch if work nearby, etc or top pick up some groceries. easy to get a park nearby.
