Located in Arndell Park complex, next to Aldi. Parking in the complex could be difficult sometimes during weekdays lunch time but you can always park at Aldi's car park :). I've been there so many times since few years ago. Always quick and friendly service. Coffee is great.
Thought I'd go back and get a cold beverage on a super hot day. Wish I hadn't. Worst Mocha Mudslide. Ever. I now realise they don't have a set recipe and just mix things up as they want, and the Arndell Park store either has not perfected their mix OR has not bothered to taste test what they sell their customers. I took it back to ask for a remade one as the coffee was just so overpowering, and was looked at like I had two heads. Poor quality. Poor service.
Since management has changed hands this place has gone down the gurgler! GJs is on speed dial at work, with staff of around 80, we often made huge orders. Not any more we don't! We decided to have a meeting there and I arrived late. As the meeting had already started I asked the management if they wouldn't mind bring my order out to me so I didn't miss out on more. Instead of responding with a simple 'no', responded with 'this isn't fine dining'. I was beyond shocked. I'd understand if they couldn't do so if it was busy, but the 8 of us were the only ones in the cafe, sitting outside, and my order was the only one to go. I let them know that I probably wouldn't come back after this last chai from them and they simply shrugged.
On top of this, the chair outside were sticky and had stale cigarette butts strewn on or under them and there was a smoky haze due to the carpark & cigarette combo.
Not pleasant at all!
I'm not a fancy coffee drinker. By that I mean I normally order a skim latte, often double shot, nothing else. And luckily for me I've never had a bad coffee here.
The staff are really friendly (and kinda cute!) and are always happy to chat while you wait. Outside tables are nice on a sunny day, but only when the smokers aren't out in force.
