Gloria Jean's Coffees

Usually I don't make nasty comments to any businesses out there, but today I decided to make one because some ridiculous scenario happened to me at the Bankstown central next to sneaker store this morning. I would highly recommend not to come back to this gloria jean ever again. Very bad customer service especially the management. I just don't get who placed her in a position as a manager of the store, where she doesnt know customer skills and the right to deal with customer, very rude and disrespectful to customers whether she is wrong or right. Working in a retail environment, you need learn that customers always come first and we need to provide the best service to meet the customer's needs and wants. I just want to clarified that the staff made the wrong order, and made me pay for another drink to get the correct drink that I wanted in the first place. I came to this cafe and waited to be served god 5 minutes while the two girls were chatting at the coffee machine, it took for me to say hello for them to realise I was standing there waiting. When the girl came to serve me she had no smile on her face, I ordered a Nutella doughnut. She threw it inside the paper bag and shoved it at me and then I asked her to heat it up as I could tell they were not that fresh. She then threw it into the microwave so waited on the other side of the counter, the microwave finished and she left it in there and took someone else's order. By the time she gave me my doughnut, she threw it on the counter and turned around, it was soggy and burnt my mouth and even tasted like it was burnt. Worst experience of my life at a cafe. Never going back ther for sure.

Good service. But music far too loud. Easy location need turn music down

Great place for a cup of coffee and slice of cake, with quick service. However, their cold drink, esp the cookies and cream, isn't so great - too watery.

Coffee, coffee, coffee, yummy, yummy, yummy!
