Gloria Jean's Coffees

Staff are always friendly. Coffee is great and atmosphere is always relaxed and happy.

The lack of the cafe vibe here is unusual. I suppose it's all the open furniture in need of a refurb. The hot chocolate here is usually nice and they don't burn the milk. Service is quick and no-nonsense. Thanks.

This coffee rates about as bad as it gets... I purchased a flat white but really should have asked for a hot milk because that is all that this was like. This is the first and last purchase from Gloria Jeans drive-in in North Lakes.
PS: I threw the so called "flat white coffee" out!

The staff are fairly nice, although one staff is very rude. They over cool the milk every time and charge per marshmallow(which is ridiculous). They are also the only GJs that of you have earnt a free coffee, they don't let you have a large coffee unless you pay the difference. Regardless if you never purchase regular coffees. As a whole, most expensive coffee and the quality is poor.

Excellent! I love that the owner remembers that I have caramel on my coffee, even though I only go to this Gloria Jeans about once a month! Friendly, fun, speedy service, and happy staff.
