This is an intimate restaurant setting but down to earth and nice, imo. The service is really professional, attentive and courteous. It doesn't seem that well known and it is a much smaller affair but hey, sometimes that's what you need isn't it? Service is quick, and it is not located so prominently. I think it was expensive though for the serves, but I liked the octopus salad very much. You can have a look at the menu before deciding so fyi..
This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have dined at. It's not a quiet restaurant, so not the best place to go for a romantic dinner, but perfect for dinner out with friends or family, or for a birthday. The dishes appear to be quite small, but the food is very filling. For three people, we paid under $70 for two entrees and three mains. Wonderful value for money! The food is always fresh and flavoursome.
