This butcher is fabulous value and the quality is good too. The rump steak has almost always been tender and tasty and being a fan of the paleo diet and a Mum of 3 growing boys, the GC meat centre is one of my regular shopping stops. Just wish they were a little closer up on the northern part of the coast.
Wholesale butchery at its best. Great variety of premium and budget cuts which you can opt to select off the shelf or have cut to your liking by helpful staff. The corned beef and ribs are some of the best I have ever had and very well priced. Easy to get to location off the industrial side of Bermuda Street, ample parking, great prices, friendly staff and overall positive shopping experience.
Great butcher located in the industrial area of Burleigh, easy to locate off the M1 southbound & plenty of parking available. As you walk in the front doors, there's fridges with duck, turkey, and different meats/mince you don't find at regular butchers. Deep freezers hold frozen chips, wedges, salt & pepper squid, and more. Inside the cool room is mince, black angus, chicken, sausages, rump, lamb chops, shanks, kebabs, pork, crumbed tenderloin, etc- After you pay at the register, butchers are more than happy to slice meat to your requirements.
