Gold Coast Roof Repairs

I booked a service call as I had a water leak. The roofer arrived on time and told me I had 3 broken tiles and valley needed to be resealed. I asked how long that would take and was told a couple of hours work. He left and said they would send a report and the account for $132. I received the report and it's details what had to be done and the quote was for $1221. I accepted the quote as it seemed detailed and asked them to let me know when the work could be done. A few days later another roofer arrived unannounce and said it wqould take 2-3 hours to do the job. I arrived home 1 hour later to find him gone. I phoned the office and said I didn't even know he was coming and how could he do the work in 1 hour. The office staff at this company are aggressive and rude! From initial booking to invoice payment, their attitude to customers is disgusting. Work by tradies seems to be good so far, and the workers were very pleasant to deal with, but I will not take my business to this company again due to the attitude of their office staff.

My roof had some storm damage, I received excellent service from the time I called them to when their service guy came out to fix the damage. Quick and professional job, no complaints here highly recommended.

I received the exact same poor level of service that 'Beachy12' has detailed in their review. I have never received worst service than what I received today on the phone with Gold Coast Roof Repairs. The staff who answered told me that they had NO work order for my job even though it was booked a week ago. They would not even let me get my sentences out and just kept yelling quite aggressively at me that I had it wrong. They would not even give me the chance to speak. Do not use this company!

I have never come across more rude phone staff in my life. After requesting the services of this company to my leaking roof, not only was my job overlooked, when I called to enquire for when they would be attending, I was advised that they would 'get around to it whilst in the area' however, couldn't tell me when they would be in the area next!! Surely a booking system could have been referenced!!!!



It appears that this company takes on jobs which they cannot service and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere!!!
