My daughter's new first car, a Honda City, after 3 years looked like it had been to a smash up derby car rally, scratches and dents on almost every panel. The insurance company said I would have to lodge a separate claim for each incident so my access was going to be about $3,500.
Colin kindly took on the job where I paid him directly to save my insurance claims history, his team did a wonderful job and nothing was too much trouble. Any time, hopefully not too soon, we need car repairs on any of our three cars we will be going to Gordon Smash Repairs.
I needed my front bumper resprayed. The quote was to respray the whole bumper, it was reasonable in my opinion. When I picked up the car the problem area that was missing paint had been resprayed, not the entire bumper. Other areas of the bumper that were previously perfectly fine now had paint indents. Car was 'cleaned' on arrival but not washed down with water. I only discovered the poor job after a proper clean. There is no way I will be using this business again.
Pretty ordinary. You got to get the basic things right. I meant by the customer service and facilities like fax & internet.
Tried to get my car fixed but initial experience itself was horrible. Didn't bother trying to follow up as to what's wrong with your system. Shocking and rude customer service adds to it.
I hope owner reads this and do something about it.
I purchased $160 detail here and it was extremely disappointing. The car wasn't vacuumed, seats not cleaned and windscreen not cleaned, engine wasn't steamed and the list goes on and on... I have given them a few chances by going back but this is there last chance! I'm NEVER going back!
