Our studios move at regular intervals throughout the year to different shopping centres in every state and territory of Australia. Gotcha! can be found in the largest cities, smaller regional centres and even smaller country towns.

This is the 2nd time I've used gotcha for my kids photos, they did an amazing job with my 9 month old making sure she smiled in every photo was gentle with positions an clothes change, choosing my photos over the phone an packages etc was super easy, lots of payment options which is great, would defiantly reccommed gotcha
Nope not again we used them once and was satisfied with the photos. this time we missed the appointment and now they want to charge me to view the photos and on the fb page they charge $7 yet it cost me $10 and I don't get the photo they said I'd get at the start they also said they would post on Facebook a picture which they haven't and want me to send them a self addressed envelope to get the magnet I payed for so now you've lost my business and anyone that asks I'll be telling them to go else where you wasted my time and that won't happen again. Absolute rubbish service

At Gotcha! we are always looking for ways to improve our service and gladly take any feedback on board . That said, I was wondering if you could possibly be a little more specific about your experience? I would love to know what happened so we can investigate. From our perspective all of our photographers and customer service staff go through a rigorous training program. We put a great deal of time and effort into regular photography and customer service training, so we definitely want to know if one of our team members has missed the mark. im about to receive the other half of my photos made the last payment on 30 September still waiting for them to arrive (10 october) yes i have a tracking number but you know what i paid over 700 for these you could at least do next day delivery. ha the free photo you guys give isnt free it cost you a sitting fee and was horrible i said to the lady before she opened the envelope to show me the rest that they better be better quality then the free one.
