I've never posted a review for a company before, but I feel compelled to do so. Graeme Cuthbert's service, support and communication were fantastic and I was able to access a loan car to keep my family mobile while our car was repaired. I would highly recommend them for your smash repair.
Graeme Cuthbert Prestige Collision Repairs...what can I say? They're amazing! I've just had my first experience with Graeme Cuthbert and they exceeded my expectations by a mile!! Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run whilst being parked on a street outside my workplace. I visited Graeme Cuthbert and they took care of everything!
They ordered the new part, painted it (amazingly it blends right in!) and put it on for me. They were prompt with everything, keeping me up to date with everything and letting me know how long it would take, ect. ...read more
I've used these guys twice over a span of at least 7 years (the last time being mid 2013). In my case, they provided consistently great service. Always on time with the repair, and the workmanship has always been top notch. So, I'm quite puzzled by the negative reviews below...
BTW, I will have to use them again in the next few days since my wife crashed her car. :-(
Definitely the worst repair shop in Box Hill. Person who quoted for the job had NO idea about cars. The repair took way longer than 1 week quoted. They dented my tailgate, broke electrical wiring inside the ceiling space and paint finish was dull, with shrinkage where they had tried to fill with bog. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS PLACE!
Its sounds like you may have some issues, could you please bring your vehicle back to us and we will rectify them if they have been caused by us or are part of the Insurance claim. We do not just fill with "BOG"in fact I have not heard that terminology for twenty years. some times shrinkage occurs in paint because the primer underneath is not quite dry when we apply the top coat. this can usually be polished out, GCA
I've had Volvo repairs done on 4 occasions now (never my fault!). I have no hesitation in recommending Cuthbert's. They're pleasant, efficient, did a very good job each time, and generally kept me informed about progress. There were unexpected delays on one job (not their fault) but they pursued the issue and got it sorted.
