Fantastic experience with Great Aussie Patios! Peter Cook came out and did the quote on February 11, 2013 and he was wonderful, he gave us exactly what we wanted at a great price. Shire approval was delayed but Peter kept in contact with me throughout that process. Once they had shire approval the patio was constructed in such a quick time and we were really impressed when the patio was installed on April 10, 2013 less than 2 months after signing the contract and only 3 weeks after shire approval. Darryl was great at confirming the measurements and organising installation and the installer was wonderful and did a great job. We will, and we have already recommended this company to others, we love the patio, it is really well constructed and the colours recommended match the gutters perfectly. I chose GAP to install my patio based on their online reviews alone. I am happy with that choice. I had a really good experience throughout the whole process. I had some complex requests and queries and they were properly addressed over the course of planning. Staff were easy to communicate with and very knowledgable about the different products, specs and configurations available. They provided sound advice. I wish I had gone with their recommendations and not added additional transparent sheets to the patio. FYI, Diffused Ice Suntuf sheets alone (without Colorbond sheets) do provide sufficient lighting for a standard height Gable patio even under low lighting conditions (i.e. a South / South East facing patio). Installation was quick after council approval. Thank you GAP.

Great Aussie Patios have been amazing. From the initial quote through to the installation everyone was very professional and it all went as smoothly as it could of. The inital consultation provided all the information required, shire approval was orgainsed by the company and then the installer had the patio completed in one day. I would highly recommend this company.

I would just like to say a big “thank you” to Great Aussie Patios for the prompt install of our patio. We think it is great! Eamonn was great and very helpful in the quoting process, scheduling was excellent and the install guys were very, very good. They were well presented, very neat in their work and tidied up after themselves. The finishing touch was when we noticed that the pavers had been cut around the new posts and any marks and finger prints on the new patio were being removed and polished off! Excellent work. Would highly recommend your company.
From start to finish the process was easy, which is greatly appreciated. Was installed ahead of schedule with minimal disruptions. The installers (Tim and Pez) were a pleasure to have around - good blokes and kept us in the loop as to what they were doing. Great value for money - Thanks to all involved!
