Grill'd

Love Grill'd, and the Knox store is one of my faves. Out of the countless times that I have been there, only once was my burger made incorrectly. The way they handled the situation meant that I am not the slightest bit deterred.
As I was going to see a movie I did not have time to wait for another; so they refunded my WHOLE meal (burger, chips & drink). Gave me an enormous amount of free chips to take into the cinema with me, and gave me a voucher for a burger next time I came in, and were extremely apologetic; fantastic service in a tough situation.

Good burgers but always busy. They are pricey but definitely delicious. If you are after a quite night do not go here as it is always bustling and people everywhere. They have never stuffed up my order and the chips are great

Ive been here twice and both times left happy. Delicious meals, clean and welcoming and customer service is great. Pricey but worth it. 50.00 feeds 3 easily.

Very very pricey (for a burger joint) but very delicious. Cost ends up being the same as dining out at a restaurant. But a great place to stop off before the movies as it's a few doors down from it and is quicker than going to the restaurants around it. My favourite is the Tuscan burger. Delicious.

I recently had my first visit to Grill'd and I was impressed. I was reluctant to go in as there was quite a line up to order, but the line moved quickly. I had the "Summer Sunset" beef burger which came with avocado, bacon, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, relish & herbed mayo. While waiting for it to arrive, I saw the other burgers coming out and they looked a little bit on the small side on the big plates, but they were suprisingly filling and although they weren't very wide, they were quite high. But most importantly, it was really nice. They use lean beef, and there was definitely no greasy oil coming out which made it even more enjoyable. The only juices coming out was from the pineapple and the sauces. And the thick cut chips were so good too. Crispy and tasty, although mine were just a tad too salty.
