this is about really poor property management service provided by Grosvenor Australia Properties



at the end of lease with the tenant moving out and because I was not happy with the service provided because of the very slow phase and rudeness.



damage to walls, damage to garage, venetian blinds wrecked, cupboard slats broken.



when making an inquiry to them they always say that they will make follow up but never happened. Sometimes not answering phone calls and simple emails. i didnt made a right decision when choosing them, i should have been keen, i should have had other property management in dealing with this issue and i guess i didnt have a headache. Will still wait for their response.
