Just been out to the shop tonight, don't know what ppl are talking about service top notch. Had what I wanted at a fantastic price and I bought it.

Poor service all round. The owners wife while standing behind the counter had no interest in even acknowledging my precense in the shop. Not a single hello or even a smile. Had I walked into a funeral? The owner (Gavin) grunted and complained about various things wrong with the firearm industry and seemed like a guy who had well and truly had enough of reatail. He had no interest in showing me anything off the rack and tore apart every rifle he didnt sell (Tikka and Sako) Aparently theyre rubbish rifles.. Lol Really? I left quietly and drove another half hour to Gunworld were my experience was much better. I might go back after he sells the shop but probably just for a box of .22 subsonics.

What a pleasant surprise, all the firearms are clean and ready for use, prepared with almost loving hands!!
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff who actually know what they are talking about!
Pricing is the most competitive I have seen in all but the biggest and richest gun stores in Australia who have massive buying power!!
The busy proprietor happily gave a generous amount of his time even though I didn't buy anything!!

Do yourself a favour & don't even bother visiting this store. For starters, the prices are ridiculously high, especially for a locally-owned small store and the worst part is the arrogance and lack of proper firearm knowledge from the management.

I've been to many firearm stores & have never experienced such arrogance, given incorrect information nor spoken to in such a condescending manner. I was prepared to buy a secondhand rifle, and after cycling the action twice on a specific rifle I asked to inspect, I was quickly given a lecture that i'm too rough with my cycling and shouldn't be cycling a rifle at all and I need to show more respect for the person who may buy it.
